I would like to have a new career, am currently unhappy, whats the best way to a new career?

I rather not say the job, it is professional but I am unhappy, miserable!!, I would like to have a job that is finished by 5pm everyday and weekends off. I would like to make at least 70k/year. What is the best way to find a path to a new career. Any advice on how to figure out what I really like, I am so lost right now. Thanks! Any and all advice and opinions will be appreciated.

    You have to say what field you are in now, what kind of job and what sort of education you have.
