yes…do you have the education?
Absolutely. All it takes is the desire and the education or experience. Good luck
To ease your mind about it…YES!!! It is never too late to start a new career. My Grandmother suddenly for no apparent reason got a GED and went on to go to Nursing School. She was a Hospice Nurse until she died of a heart attack herself. She used to work in a factory when she was younger. So I would say, if you truly want to do something you like..DO IT !!! Don’t look back or allow anyone to change your mind. It’s your life.
Predictions now are that most of us will have several different jobs, and in different fields, during our working life.
So don’t feel weird or unusual.
And besides, even late 30′s is not old! I didn’t even get out of college till I was 33 — and have had jobs in several different fields.
drat.
edited to add a word:
Definitely. No one’s too old or too young for anything. (Just maybe a bit inexperienced, but that can be changed by getting a good education.)
As long as you have the inspiration and knowledge, you can do it. Go for it!
Anyone can start a new career at any time.
If it is important to you and you work hard enough, it is possible to “climb the ladder” quickly, especially if you have the right kind of experience already.
Try reading the book “It’s only too late if you don’t start now” by Barbara Sher.
Good luck
